Stop running a parcel depot out of your front office.
Self-service package lockers — installed, carrier-onboarded, and managed under the same agreement as your gates, cameras, and WiFi.
Delivery volume became a staffing problem
Every delivery truck that pulls up adds another package your leasing staff has to log, store, and hand back — carrier by carrier, one interruption at a time. Package handling becomes a second, unpaid job for people you hired to lease units and run a community — not to staff a parcel counter.
Packages that don't get logged sit in breezeways, lobbies, and mailrooms until someone walks off with them. Every missing parcel becomes a resident complaint, a liability question, and an hour of staff time your office didn't budget for.
Every delivery lands here. Not at the front desk.
Carriers deliver, residents collect on their own schedule, and your office gets its lobby back.
What's included
- Locker installation — a locker bank sized to your property's layout and parcel volume, placed where residents will use it, not where it's easiest to install
- Carrier onboarding — we coordinate directly with the carriers and couriers already delivering to your property, so every driver knows where packages go
- Resident notifications — automatic alerts the moment a package is placed, with no front-desk relay and no resident standing in line to ask
- One master agreement — lockers are added to the NXTGEN PropTech contract that already covers your gates, access control, cameras, and WiFi
How it works
- Assessment — we measure parcel volume, lobby or breezeway layout, and power access, then size the bank to fit
- Install — the bank goes in without shutting down the leasing office
- Carrier onboarding — the carriers and couriers already serving your property are set up to deliver straight into the bank
- Go live — residents get a notification the moment a package lands and collect it themselves, at any hour
One agreement, not another vendor
Package Lockers run under the same NXTGEN PropTech master agreement as your gates, access control, AI video, and WiFi — one contract, one invoice, one number to call when something needs attention.
For owners and asset managers running multiple properties, parcel infrastructure scales the way the rest of the property technology does: managed centrally, deployed the same way at every site.

Carrier-friendly. Resident-simple.
Carriers deliver into the bank in seconds; residents get a notification and collect with a code or their phone, any hour.
Common questions
How much space and power does a locker bank need?
Footprint scales to unit count and site layout — from a single compact bank in a smaller breezeway to a multi-bank wall in a high-volume mailroom. Standard electrical service is enough — no dedicated circuit, no special power work. Exact footprint and power needs are confirmed during the on-site assessment.
What happens with oversized packages?
Locker banks are configured with a mix of compartment sizes, including oversized slots for furniture boxes, bulk orders, and large deliveries.
Which carriers does the system work with?
Lockers are built to accept deliveries from major national carriers as well as regional and local courier services. Carrier access is configured during onboarding, before the first delivery.
What does this cost?
Package Lockers run on a flat per-unit monthly rate, quoted after an on-site assessment — the same pricing structure as every other NXTGEN PropTech system. No separate contract to manage.
Get your property assessed
Every property's parcel volume, layout, and carrier mix is different. An on-site assessment tells you exactly what locker configuration your property needs and what it costs — no guesswork, no generic quote.
