MANAGED ACCESS CONTROL

One credential. Every door.

Gym, pool, clubhouse, mailroom — every door outside your gates runs on the same Brivo credential and PMS sync as your gates. No separate fobs. No orphaned keys at turnover.

The problem

A drawer of fobs is not access control.

Physical keys don't report to anyone.

Every fob issued outside a central system is a credential nobody can revoke. When a resident moves out and the fob doesn't come back, the door stays open to whoever's holding it — until someone notices and rekeys the lock.

Multiply that across a gym, pool, clubhouse, and mailroom, and what's left is a pile of loose keys and a list of who has what that nobody trusts.

Staff absorb the cost. Rekeying locks, reissuing fobs, and chasing down credentials at every turnover pulls hours off a team that should be running the property.

On the property

One credential for every door on the property.

Gate, clubhouse, gym, pool — provisioned at move-in, revoked at move-out, automatically.

What's included

What's included

Everything needed to bring amenity and common-area doors onto the same system as your gates.

  • Brivo controllers and dual-technology readers at every access point outside the gates — gym, pool, clubhouse, mailroom, back-of-house.
  • Brivo Mobile Pass as the credential: the same pass that opens the gate opens the amenity door.
  • PMS auto-sync with Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata — move-in provisions access, move-out revokes it, without a staff member touching a lock.
  • Visitor and vendor credentials, scoped to specific doors and specific hours.
  • A full audit trail — every access event, alert, and device status logged and visible in your property portal.
  • Parts and labor covered on NXTGEN-installed controllers and readers.
How it works

How it deploys

Same survey discipline as your gate system, extended to every door.

Survey

Every door outside the gates gets assessed and classified before hardware ships — the same discipline applied across every NXTGEN system.

Install

Brivo controllers, dual-technology readers, and REX hardware go in at each door. Your local NXTGEN dealer runs the field wiring and connects power and Ethernet.

Integrate

Your PMS connects via API — Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata. Lease data starts driving credentials before the first resident moves in.

Monitor

Every controller and reader reports into the same monitoring and dispatch SLA as your gates, with no separate service contract to manage.

The numbers

The infrastructure behind every door

24/7 Network Operations Center monitoring on every controller and reader.
Daily virtual patrols, 365 days a year.
2-business-day dispatch SLA when a remote fix doesn't resolve the issue.
3 PMS integrationsYardi, RealPage, Entrata — driving provisioning and revocation automatically.

Resident experience

The phone is the fob now.

Brivo Mobile Pass lives on the resident’s phone. No fob drawer, no rekeying, no orphaned credentials at turnover.

FAQ

Questions property teams ask

We already have readers on some doors. Do they have to come out?

In most cases, yes. Managed Access runs on Brivo controllers and dual-technology readers so every door reports into the same credential system, PMS sync, and audit trail as your gates. Your on-site assessment identifies exactly which doors need new hardware before you sign anything.

What about residents without a smartphone?

Brivo Mobile Pass is the default, issued to every resident before move-in. Residents without a smartphone are handled case by case at onboarding — nobody is locked out on day one.

Can vendors and staff get access without full resident credentials?

Yes. Staff and approved vendors receive credentials scoped to the specific doors and hours they need, issued and revoked from the same system as resident access — not a separate key ring to track.

What happens the day a resident moves out?

PMS auto-sync revokes the credential the moment the move-out is recorded in Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata. No lag, no manual deactivation, no call to a locksmith.

Bring every door onto one system.
