The Platform Is Built. The Next Territory Is Open.
NXTGEN PropTech runs managed gates, access control, AI video, and WiFi on multifamily and commercial properties — live today in two states, on one production platform. We're recruiting the operators who will run what comes next.
Proof, Not a Pitch
Two states. One system.
NXTGEN PropTech is not a concept looking for its first market. NXTGEN Georgia LLC and NXTGEN Texas LLC deliver the platform today, in Atlanta and Dallas–Fort Worth, on the same operating system a new territory would join.
Any operator we bring in starts from a running model, not a pilot on their own territory.
Install once. Service it for years.
Assessments, installs, and monthly maintenance are the dealer’s work. The monitoring desk, the platform, and the SLA behind it are ours.
What You Get
- A proven operating model. The platform, the workflows, and the service standard are running on active properties today — you are not the pilot.
- A production platform, not a roadmap. CRM, quoting, dispatch, work orders, inventory, billing, training, and territory management are built and in use today — not features on a future release schedule.
- Training and certification. Documented installation and service procedures, structured certification, and equipment pre-provisioned before it reaches your technicians.
- Support that outlasts launch. A program team stays on the account for the life of the territory.
How the Partnership Divides the Work
Every property is delivered by three parties, and the division is fixed. NXTGEN designs each system, provisions and pre-programs the equipment before it ships, and monitors every gate and camera from a 24/7 Network Operations Center.
The dealer surveys the property, builds the proposal, closes the deal, installs to the design, and handles service calls and monthly preventive maintenance. The property provides power and internet at each device location and site access.
No controller programming. No platform administration. No credential management. No monitoring desk to staff. Equipment arrives configured — a technician mounts it, wires it, and confirms it in the portal.
What's Already Running
What We Look For
We recruit operators, not applicants. Two things matter.
Local property relationships. An operator who already has standing with property managers, owners, and HOA boards in a market moves faster than one starting cold.
Technical execution capability. The ability to survey a site, run an installation crew, and hold a service standard — whether it already exists in your business or gets built through certification.
We are not screening applications. We are choosing the business a territory will run through.
Territory and Terms
Territory availability, the revenue model, and contract terms are shared under NDA with qualified candidates. This page describes the program. The specifics are a conversation, not a download.
A Note on This Page
This page is informational. It does not constitute an offer of a franchise or business opportunity, and nothing on it should be relied on as one.
Request the Dealer Overview
If your business already has the property relationships and the execution capability, the next step is the Dealer Program Overview — territory options, the operating model in full, and what qualifies as a fit.
