MANAGED AI VIDEO

Retire the DVR in the closet.

NXTGEN PropTech runs cloud AI video on the Eagle Eye Networks platform. Footage records off-site. Cameras report their own faults. The clip is there when an owner, a resident, or counsel asks for it.

The problem

Nobody checks the DVR until it's too late

Local recording fails silently. Cloud recording doesn't.

Most properties still run video on a local DVR in a closet or a rack in the management office. Footage cycles out in days. Nobody reviews it until something happens — and by then the clip an owner needs is already overwritten, or the camera that mattered went dark weeks ago and nobody noticed.

When an incident turns into a claim, a subpoena, or a call from counsel, having cameras isn't the same as having the footage. NXTGEN PropTech moves recording, analytics, and camera health off the on-site box and into the cloud.

On the property

The couch by the dumpster? Flagged before the complaint call.

AI analytics watch the places staff can’t — parking, perimeter, and the dumpster corral — and notify the property automatically.

What's included

What's included

Managed AI Video runs on Eagle Eye Networks, layered on top of the camera already included with Managed Gates.

  • Cloud VMS on Eagle Eye Networks — every camera records off-site, not to a box that fills up and overwrites itself.
  • AI analytics on every monitored camera: license-plate recognition, person detection, and object detection.
  • Automatic illegal-dumping detection — the system flags furniture and bulk items left at trash and dumpster areas and notifies the property.
  • Health-monitored cameras — a dead or offline camera opens a service ticket on its own. It's a work order, not a surprise during an incident review.
  • Coverage beyond the gate — parking areas, perimeter, and amenity spaces, added camera by camera as the property needs them.
  • Existing cameras — kept in place and brought onto the platform for monitoring instead of ripped out and replaced.
  • Video Concierge — tiered virtual-guard coverage (Night Shift, 2-Shift, 24/7) for properties that want someone acting on what the cameras see, not just recording it.
How it works

How it works

Five moving parts, one platform.

Record

Every camera — entry, parking, perimeter, amenity — streams and records to the Eagle Eye Networks cloud, not a local box.

Analyze

AI analytics run continuously — plates read, people and objects detected, events flagged. Nobody watches a wall of monitors.

Detect

Furniture and bulk items left at a trash or dumpster area trigger a notification on their own. Nobody walks the lot to find them.

Monitor

Camera health is monitored around the clock. If a camera drops offline, a service ticket opens on its own.

Review

Footage and event history live in the cloud, searchable and exportable, so a manager, an owner, or counsel can pull what they need without touching a hard drive.

The numbers

Numbers that hold up

24/7 Network Operations Center monitoring across every camera and device.
Daily virtual patrols, 365 days a year.
2-business-day dispatch SLA when a remote fix doesn't resolve an issue.
Camera hardware faults become service tickets automaticallywarranty replacement is handled through the platform.

The hardware

Deterrence you can see. Evidence you can pull.

Health-monitored cameras on Eagle Eye Networks cloud — a dead camera becomes a service ticket, and footage is there when counsel asks.

FAQ

Questions property managers ask

Are residents' and staff's privacy protected?

Managed AI Video covers shared property — gates, parking, perimeter, and amenity spaces. It is not placed inside private units. Portal access is role-based: only the site contacts a property designates receive login credentials to camera status and event history.

Can we reuse the cameras we already have?

In many cases, yes. An existing camera can be retained and brought onto the platform for monitoring at a flat per-camera monthly rate, quoted after an on-site assessment — no forced hardware swap.

What's the difference between Video Concierge and a live, on-site guard?

Video Concierge is a virtual guard operation running on the cameras and callboxes already installed — a remote team watching and responding through them, not a person stationed at the property. Coverage runs in tiers, from a Night Shift window through full 24/7 monitoring, so a property can match coverage to its actual risk window instead of paying for a guard shack around the clock.

See it on your property

Managed AI Video is quoted at a flat per-camera monthly rate, after an on-site assessment. Every deployment starts with a walk of the property — gates, lots, perimeter, amenities — to map where cameras and analytics reduce risk — and where they don't.
