A managed operator, not a vendor.
We don't sell equipment and walk away. Every install is backed by 24/7 Network Operations Center monitoring, daily virtual patrols, and monthly preventive maintenance, with a 2-business-day dispatch SLA whenever a remote fix doesn't hold.
The hardware is a line item. The service is the product — billed as a flat per-unit monthly rate, quoted after assessment, for as long as the system runs.

A local operating company runs each metro. The platform, the certifications, and the dispatch SLA do not change at the state line.
Why We Exist
Hardware was never the problem.
A commercial gate operator is built for a 10 to 20-year service life and rated for millions of open-close cycles. LiftMaster, DoorKing, and TYMETAL all engineer for constant use. Maintained on schedule, that hardware costs almost nothing to keep running.
But most gated properties don't run quiet anymore. Rideshare, delivery, and guest traffic hammer the equipment daily, and when a fault trips with no one watching, the fix takes days. Residents and drivers prop the gate open to get through. Then it sits — open, idle, exposed — and decays. Nothing about that is a hardware problem. It happens to well-built equipment on well-run properties.
The machine was fine. Nobody was operating it. We built NXTGEN PropTech to do that job — continuous monitoring, scheduled maintenance, and a service standard behind every gate, camera, and door. We proved the model in Atlanta. We expand it the same way in every market: one dedicated local operator at a time.
