This Privacy Policy describes how NXTGEN PropTech ("NXTGEN," "we," "us") handles information collected through nxtgenproptech.com. It covers this website only. It does not govern information handled under a separately executed service agreement with NXTGEN Georgia LLC, NXTGEN Texas LLC, or another NXTGEN PropTech authorized dealer. For an active service account, that agreement controls.
Information we collect
We collect only what you submit through our contact and assessment-request forms: name, email address, phone number, and property details such as property name, address, and unit count. We do not collect financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this site.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a property assessment, and follow up on the services you asked about. That is the full list. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not use your information for any other purpose.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.
Who can see it
Information you submit reaches NXTGEN PropTech, the authorized dealer serving your property's market (for example, NXTGEN Georgia LLC or NXTGEN Texas LLC), and the service providers that run this website and its contact forms on our behalf. Those providers may use your information only to deliver the site and respond to your request.
Cookies and site analytics
This site may use cookies or analytics tools to understand how visitors use it and to keep it working correctly. These tools do not collect financial information, and any data gathered is used only in aggregate to improve the site.
Data retention
